This is the worst of the companies, they don't have a clue of what a 203k requires, they have very poor comunication skills, if you want to get rip off use this company, if you have a great Fico score like me never ever use this types of companies, go directly with a recognized bank, this small companies they will only try to screw you up, definetely do not recommend anybody to use Sky Valley financial unless you want to loose your money, they don't even deserve one star ...read more
