Sent courier to ship important document. Store refused to fill out shipping label to bill 3rd party. Ask to fax a prepaid label, they said we have no fax. Ask to email prepaid label, they said we do ot have email. Ask for name of party speaking to and she said we do not give out that information. I spend thousands of dollars with UPS each year and have my couriers ship all around the country using my UPS account. It's a shame that this store does not look after the interest of the customer as well as UPS in general. If my employees did not offer customer service, they would not be my employees. They are trained to NEVER say NO to a customer who needs service. I had no choice but to have my courier take the document to FED EX who accepts 3rd party billing. The customer service is the worst in the area, and when I pay for ease of shipping and not having to stand in line, the least they can have is customer service. There are better (AND CHEAPER!) places to ship from, pass this one by. ...read more
