i hired tranquil to clean my salt chlorinator beacuse of deposits from the salt that built up .. they supposedly removed all deposits but told me the chlorinator needed to be replaced ... wrong !!!! ....i called another pool service to give me a second opinion .. when the other pool service looked at it ,he showed me that the deposits where still there and he said they did not even try to clean it ..and he also told me the chlorinator did not need to be replaced .. tranquil is a rip off .. unless you stand there while they do the work to make sure they do it !!!! ...read more
