I would not reccomend buying a car there. I bought one last year and it took them 9 months to get me the title. We had to get the car smogged 3 times. They didn't do much about the problems until we threatened to complain to the DMV. When we did finally recieve the title, they listed themselves as a lienholder. I paid cash for the car. Now I have to try to get the title cleared up myself. They only treat you like a customer when they want your $$$. Once they have it forget about customer service. ...read more

Very poor service. bought a new car and it needed repair the next day for a loud grinding noise with the brakes. Service manager said it cant be fixed, GM Kinnick said there is nothing he could do, "just drive the vehicle with the loud noise" They dont care to help thier customers!!
