Good Samaritan Urgent Care Center

One star is to good for this place. My husband went there last night around 7:30 pm for possible cracked or broken ribs and was told that they would not see him he needed to go to the hospital. There was no one in the waiting room and they had no patients being treated. He told them he was not going to a crowded hospital ER with out being seen by them first. They refused to even speak to him. They said the doctor on duty, who would not even come out of the back room, said that he would not see him. All they needed to do was take his vitals and take some x rays and they refused to do that. Urgent care centers like these are supposed to help take some of the load off of hospital ERs that are overcrowded. These people are lazy and incompetent. I will do everything I can to get this place shut down or at the very least get every person on that shift terminated. ...read more

It was surprising but it was actually a good experience. It jump started me on getting the help I need. The doctors, the nurses, and those there to monitor us, even the one teaching arts & crafts & our snacks, wete absolutely wonderful. I was there 6 days. If you self-refer you can be there as few as 3. I would highly recommend this place for anyone needing help. Even if you're just unsure on where to go. THIS IS NOT OK IN THE SLIGHTESTANDESPECIALLYNOTIFURGENT"CAREISYOUR LINE OF WORK! THEIR BEHAVIORWAS REALLYUNPROFESSIONAL AND UNETHICAL! Their Disregard of a human life to neglect the screams & cries of a mother&hertwo10year old daughters as they were beating on their doors,my 10 year old daughter has a 105% temperature & we need your help, I was screaming &beggingthemto open their door through the crack in the middle of the door, saying that it was only4:45pm, that we still has 5 minutes before they closed,NOBODY came to the door or had the decency to lookour way,we were ignored by the entire staff at Sendas NorthWest Urgent Care. me & my two little girls who were dressed in their night gowns,robes treating me & my two 10-year-old daughter as if we did not exist!
