extremely rude service staff and terrible management. Horrible returns policy (non-existent). I used to shop there frequently until a recent run-in with their incompetent staff. Attempted to resolve issue with owner but received nothing but a "we value you as a customer" response. In other words, they don't care. I will never go back to any location now. Taking my business to Gamestop Amazon and Walmart, I recommend very strongly that you do the same. ...read more
