I have worked with Lee's for several years now. We started out slow and they have time and time again proven that they can take on any job. Jason was surly, unfriendly, and treating me like he was doing me a favor when I asked him to do a small print job. He also kept taking phone calls in the middle of our initial conversation (including one in which it sounded like he was arguing with his wife) even though he knew my job was extremely urgent (I had to be at a meeting with the printed document in 20 minutes). They also didn't have any of the basic materials to do the job. I asked for a black back cover. All they had was burgundy or grey. I asked for heavy bond white paper, and all they had was basic copier paper. After taking his sweet time getting the job going, Jason hands me my document, and it has dust and thumb prints (from black toner) all over the front and back.
