This person doesn't know anything about pools other than throw in chlorine and bill you for extra chemicals. The "employee" sent to service our pool was high on drugs and broke equipment to the tune of over $400. We ended up with a green and sand filled 40,000 gal pool. Back in 2000 I started working in the pool industry. I̢۪ve trained with some of the best in the industry from around the country. During this time I have managed three national known stores and was later promoted to District Manager of Central California where I was able to pass on my knowledge. While working on my career I received my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management. In addition to my Bachelor's Degree I obtained my certification for Certified Pool Operator, from the National Swimming Pool Foundation. Through this program and my 12 years of experience, I've learned that proper chemical and equipment maintenance lead to fewer problems and issues, better feeling and more enjoyable water, and a reduced expense from chemicals and electricity. I've been serving Bakersfield for 10 plus years now and have enjoyed assisting and solving water chemistry issues all over Kern County. During my career I've heard over and over again how so many customers continued to still have chemistry issues while under professional care. Krisdan Klear became manifested out of the need to provide proper treatment, equipment management, safe and proper chemical usage.
