the lady doesn't understand her license, she thinks she can leave 14 kids with an assistant. the main lady is never there, the assistant always says that she is out shopping. The assistant watches tv on the couch while seven children are crying. There are people renting rooms there, and they are there all day, this was not discussed before we paid her, we found otut days later. overall teribble experience!!! ...read more
