I give these guys 1 star because there isn't a selection for ZERO STARS. There whole business model is set up on an advertising gimmick - they offer inexpensive pricing for service, either charge you a lot more when they get there, or send in the sales team to sell you a new unit which is of low caliber and the installalation itself does not pass State of California Testing. I have complained to the State of California and they have done nothing to slow these folks down. The husband and wife team that run this business are of extreme low caliber. We just had an air-conditioner/heating unit installed this week, and are very pleased with the quality and service that we received. Shelly Jr. took the time to answer all of my questions and comcerns. We were told that it would take two days to complete the installation, they came with an extra worker, and completed the job in one day only. The service team was very nice and polite, and cleaned up after themselves. The following day I received a call from Shelly Sr, to check that we were happy with the installation and with his crew. We also received a nice card, thanking us for using their services. Maria in the office was always polite. All in all very good service, with a minium of inconvienence to ourselves.
