New resident of the Central Coast, wanted to see a movie. Took my wife to the Fair Oaks Theater in Arroyo Grande. What a treat! It was like going back in time. Small lobby, with great smell of Popcorn that won't break your wallet, friendly staff, and the theater was nice and clean. Heck, you can even buy collectible old theater posters in the lobby for only a buck! The seats are very comfortable, they even rock. The main theater room is decorated very nice. Is this place still in business, or what? I live in the next town over and wanted to see if they had a movie I wanted. I was visiting friends in AG and wanted to stop in and pick up the movie on the way to their place. I CALLED THE LISTED NUMBER FOR THREE HOURS AND IT WAS ALWAYS BUSY. I CALLED AGAIN TODAY TO FIND OUT WHAT WAS GOING ON AND IT IS STILL BUSY.
