I had a stye(but didnt know what it was at the time) and every place I called including open door clinic couldn't take me because they weren't accepting new patients although I had been going there for dental and booster shots since i can remember. Anyway I called Mad River Health Clinic and at first they said they didnt have time for another patient but moments later when I after I was on hold they said if I arrived w/in an hour and a half they could help. They were a lifesaver, very welcoming and helpful. Their computer system was down too and it was my first time using my insurance but the ladies assured me it would all get sorted out and it did!!
