The manager is uncaring, unfriendly, and treats his customers as if it their privilege to be a member. One machine has been inoperable since December with a "Temporarily out of order sign". Maintenance and cleanliness are a joke. The televisions have not worked properly for months. Don't bother to make a suggestion or register a complaint. No action is taken. MBPS has been taking care of my pool for years and they do a great job. I have always found them to be courteous and responsive. Their price is competetive with others I have checked so I've never had a reason to leave. ...read more

they are nice, but having to pay them to tell them how to maintain my own pool. maintenance people are kids that do not know what the most common pool agents/equipment is used for maintaining a pool (even those that can be bought at orchard supply). ...read more
