She keeps the dogs in little crates a lot of the day & lets them out for potty breaks, so don't let her fool you about them being outside playing ALL day! Its unsupervised so if an "argument" happens she doesn't even know. She only changes the blankets in the crates if they have been thrown up in or pooped on & usually she doesn't check, so they could be sitting in it for hrs before its cleaned up. If she feels like your dog is "over weight" she will stop feeding it & throw away the food so that you think it ate it & her procedure for feeding is a closet full of everyone food so it could easily get mixed up with another dogs. if your dog has diarrhea she doesn't worry about it even if there's is blood in it. if she doesn't like your dog she will tell you he/she had a great time but wont tell you it spent most of its time outside (including night time) in a concrete run or in a HOT barn. if she decides to "fire" your dog she will tell you "its not a good fit" but its her NOT YOUR DOG!! ...read more

First of all she fired me because i had to call in ONE day because my 7 month old baby son was very sick. when i was fired she said "so sorry" (why did she fire me then?) she treats her employees HORRIBLE! she slams doors & dishes, belittles us & calls us "idiots"! We're not aloud to deep clean ever, so if you move furniture around the walls will literally look like mud has been caked on for YEARS. I deep cleaned once when she was gone (so she couldn't yell at me not to) & is literally threw up several times, then i was reprimanded for cleaning later. I was bit by HER dog repeatedly one day, while on the job & she told me "serves you right" when all i had done is held the dog's collar because it refused to come when called, Fiona didn't offer me any aid & expected me to continue working with the dog that had just bitten me. she will talk trash about you the SECOND you shut the door behind you and make nasty faces at you when you are not looking, and she has the mouth of a sailor!! ...read more

Fiona and her staff are great ! We are very pleased with her caring and knowledge of taking caare of our dog.. Lady , not to mention all over breads of dogs. Lady was very shy, and now feels comfortable and likes going to doggie day care. I have no problems with time limits, if Iam late then Lady can stay the evening and I can pick her up in the morning.
