Terrible customer service -- beware! I have never like the customer service at this Blockbuster but this is the last straw and I will not spend another dime there. Beware. My son bought some defective new merchandise there and when we went back we were told it was just too bad. Their policy is any new merchandise cannot be refunded even if it's defective. There is nothing I could see posted in the store informing customers of this policy and when I asked the assistant manager to point it out to me she said, "it's here somewhere in the store but I don't know where." So I said if you don't know where it's posted, how can you expect your customers to know where it is and read it. Their terrible customer service drove me to Netflix close to a decade ago and I'm a very happy Netflix customer. I used to drive out of my way to go to Hollywood video just to avoid this Blockbuster.
