Overall = OK, if you don't count the increasing parking problem and the manager threatening to tow the cars of the people who LIVE THERE. It is clear that she can't handle it and need some fresh ideas or a fresh new job. If you have more than two cars, which is the maximum allowed in the driveway, you are going to have to deal with the parking problem, and the manager trying to tow your car away. It is a nice place to live. Mostly clean. Good neighbors.
