I'm new at writing reviews, but not naive enough to believe everything I read. My experience at Dial and associates is that Everyone who currently works there has been very courteous and caring. since previous review left a great deal of doubt, I checked and found out that they are registered with EAMS and they can't appear in court to represent a client unless they are. Stephen Dial has appeared at the workers compensation court in orange county on my behalf. Not hearing what you want is no reason to bash someone.people don't call attorneys when things are going great in their lives. I don't normally leave reviews but i'm disabled now because of something that happened at work and I have alot of extra time on my hands. I trust this firm has more than enough expertise to handle my case.and I would refer them to a friend relative coworker or even a stranger. One very happy client was relived to hear that his conviction of a DUI had been reduced to a less severe conviction which is called a Wet and Reckless charge. Ultimately, this conviction means that the client acknowledges their reckless driving and that they indeed had some alcohol in their system, however, the alcohol charges have been dropped. this is good for the client because it is no longer on their record as a DUI and it looks better in the eyes of the government, as well as employers. ...read more
