I recently discovered printer fabric paper for crafting and quilting. Did all my homework, researching sources of where to buy the least expensive product. Price-wise, the choice was clear. Soft Expressions offers competitive prices, quantity discounts, free shipping on larger orders, and expeditious delivery. Discovered, however, this online source was a great deal more than the typical quilting and crafts supplier. When the original brand of the printer fabric I selected (small order) did not meet my needs, I contacted them to express my disappointment. It should be noted that I was the one who made the decision to buy this particular brand (Miracle Fabric). I could have chosen any of the 5+ brands that Soft Expressions offers. I explained the issue to the owner, Sharla. In an unparalleled display of the best customer service I've experienced to date, Sharla spent considerable time on the phone with me. She described the pros and cons of each brands' printer fabric paper and which applications were best suited to which brand. She offered to break open different brands and colors and put together a sampler package for me to experiment with. Sharla also express mailed this replacement package at her own expense, and of course, refunded me for the returned initial order.
