Don't go there unless you want to be hustled out of your money, or get into a FIGHT for catching their scams. Went there & almost got into a fight with the disrespectful customer service representative (Daniel E. Pilcher) after we refused there services. The representative followed us to the parking lot (while leaving other customers waiting & unattended), & started insulting our cars, intelligence, mother. Called us "redneck hillbillies" & homophobic slurs. Very unprofessional customer service. ...read more

New Century BMW

I have not purchased a vehicle from them but I have a 2011 BMW that I service there. They have great customer service and a very comfortable lounge area with great coffee.\t\n\t\nThe people in service did an outstanding job addressing my issues with my car. Everything about the whole process is painless and just easy. I drop my car off, get a loaner, which I like because they are brand new cars.\t\n\t\nMy service adviser is Tim. He is extremely friendly, courteous, and professional. My car gets worked on and all issues resolved promptly. I also like how easy it is to communicate with them via email. If I have questions about my car or anything else, I have a "go-to" guy to ask my questions and I get a response back that same day.\t\n\t\nOther advisers could care less if you sent them emails so to me, this really means going above and beyond.\t\n\t\nGreat place for service if you are in the LA area. Next time I'm in the market for a new BMW, I will gladly give their sales dept a try. ...read more
