Ours was a challenging installation. The garage door frame of our 100-year-old home was visibly out of plumb. The estimator Mark and the installer Manolo came out to see what would be involved. Both guys were unfailingly nice and thoroughly explained what they would do. Installation went fine, over two days. They cleaned up after their work and carted everything away. The cedar doors themselves are things of beauty. I keep going back outside to admire them. The technological sophistication of the motor controls is impressive, and very safety-oriented. We just got the standard opener package, but it seems deluxe (especially in relation to where we started, which was with no opener at all.) Now the garage door's appearance nicely matches that of the front door and I feel that I've added to the beauty and functionality of the house above and beyond what the job cost. ...read more
