The place is covered with cockroaches, and then there are ants. Management had the interior of the apartment sprayed several times, but since the exterior was covered with cockroaches at night (in the landscaping) they came back.

Cabinet doors in kitchen would not close, it took two weeks to repair the dryer (and then instead of a repair, they exchanged it with a dryer from an empty apartment).

The worse was even though the carpet looked clean upon move-in, the pad underneath was filthy. Stains would seep up, so we spent considerable time spot cleaning the carpet. The, when we moved out, they said that they had to replace the carpet because of our dog.
