Ethan is a great guy, he does what he says he's going to do. Everything was handled long distance. I was living in another city in Southern California, and I had come up here and met with Ethan on a visit. From that point on everything was handled over the phone. Of course I was a little apprehensive, but when I got here and saw the floors they were gorgeous. It turned out just like I wanted.
Makes it easy to have the best outcome for the project.
I love working with Ethan, and I find that he is always available to me. He is always informative, knows his product, and can guide me to the best product for my needs as a contractor. We work with Flooring Discount Center a lot.
