Wny Car Wash Systems

I used to make replacement parts for WNY Car Wash Systems to sell to their customers. I own a local machine shop, and Joe Muscorella contacted me to supply parts for his company. He placed and paid for an order of "Rollers" which pull the car through the wash. He paid C.O.D. for the parts. So the next month when he placed another order, I made them, and when it came time to pick them up, he came at a time when I was out of the office, he asked if he could send a check as he didn't want to pay cash to the employee. I said fine. To make a long story short, Joe never sent the check for the parts. It has now been nearly 2 years, and after many phone calls not being answered and many messages left, I am out almost $2700.00. Joe Muscorella stole these parts from me. I have since given Joe an ultimatum to pay the money or I will take him to small claims court. He has since responded to the ultimatum saying that he would pay for the materials only. He shouldn't be trusted as a businessman.

Joe Muscarella knows car washes and equipment just don't let him leave your property with anything you want to see again. He took a Cat pump from my location in Eden last summer to rebuild and I haven't seen it or him since. I last spoke with him in January to arrange to pick it up and he never showed up with it and haven't been able to reach him since. He will not take my calls ( I have probably left 20 messages on cell and business lines) nor respond to any messages I leave. I am only glad all it has cost me is a pump- I almost bought an Automatic Car wash system from him and that would have been a disaster given the track record I have with him on service and honesty. I get great service using Wash Equipment Technologies out of the Rochester area --any problems, I call and they show up. Be very cautious if you're considering using Joe Muscarella.
