Windcrest On Sherwood

I really don't know where to start. I have had so many problems. Moved here in the winter and the heater didn't work... called multiple times and they always was fixing it. Finally the weather changed and we could run the AC. AC was causing leaks from the ceiling maintenance just did little stuff to buy more time but never fixed the problem. Residents have no control over heat or cold setting for the AC. It has to be hot or cold for 3-4 consecutive days for office to change the setting. We live in Houston so what are the odds of that! My child has never been this sick, well really the whole family. My car was broken into and the office informed me that the security was for the office/property not for residents. They have bums/drug addicts roaming around all times of the night. Every since October of last yr the water has been cold more than hot. And now the hot water does not work at all for over 4wks. The plumbing sucks, something is always stopped up or over flowing and maintenance takes 2-3 days to come fix it, not to mention its only one maintenance man. Have ants and flying roaches that they never sprayed for. Office is very rude and also they so called answering service, they never know anything. I would not recommend anyone to live over here. Looking for somewhere to move now I can't do this anymore!
