Troy Evans Construction and Roofing

Was told he was licensed - he was not - it was suspended in 2008 by the city. Has since been taken to court for continuing to do work without license! Work was shoddy and not done as specified to the extent the bldg was red flagged by city and I had to pay a fine and have another roofer come in and re do all of it again. Also loaned him a handicap ramp for a friend of his and have not been able to recover it. He will not return phone calls or messages. Definately would no recommend him for any type of work!
