My wife and I couldn't thank Tristate enough for the beautiful job in our home. Our kitchen turned out to be greater then what we expected. Chris and staff did a wonderful job especially working around our crazy schedules. Job well done

Probably one of the worst experiences of my life. Complete kitchen remodel that devastated our lives for over 4 months. They only came out to work on the kitchen once or twice a week. Finally had a call a lawyer to get them to come finish. The only time I heard from the "office" is when the next payment was due. The under-counter lights stopped working 2 months after they installed them. I called them to come and fix, but no response, which was very typical during the remodel. I called another electrician, who says they wired it incorrectly. There are plenty of other examples of poor quality workmanship, but I don't have enough space to comment on all of them. I made a *huge* mistake hiring these guys. Never again.

I would never recommend tristate kitchens and bath to anyone, they have very poor service skills, do not return calls, and aren't interested in pleasing customers. I could list a thousand examples of there poor service, but long story short, beware, do your homework, once they net you in it's over as far as service goes, over priced also, I really regret paying them so much money for sub standard service/work. I now have to call another tile company to fix there mistake that I paid very good money for, because they are rude and never returned my call. They are just horrible and they lie also.
