Tommys Tire & Auto Repair

Last fall I brought a set of wheels and tires to Tommy's Firestone to dismount, and a new set of winter tires to mount on the wheels. They did what I thought was a good job.
Last week, I brought the summer tires they had dismounted last fall back to them to re-mount for the summer season. They then informed me, after trying to inflate them, that the bead in one of the tires was ripped (due to negligence while dismounting it), and is effectively ruined. The tear in the tire is substantial, and whoever was dismounting the tires HAD to have noticed that this happened. A huge chunk of rubber was torn off my tire, and they failed to tell me about it. Needless to say, I'm furious about this. They ruined a very expensive tire and did not tell me about it. Whoever was doing the work brushed it off and did not inform anyone of his amateur mistake.
It's clear to me that the mechanics here don't care. Stay far far away.

I went in to get an oil change about a month and a half ago and they recommended a transmission flush which has cause problems with my transmission because it wasn't done right.

Had to go to court because of their incompetence.

From so called (investagator) phone calls their (sweepstakes winner) certified mailed letters, to this guy sitting outside my house waiting for me to come home scaring my daughter, they are just thugs and they did not scare me. In the end the Judge said the same thing and ruled in my favor. The court papers said their real name is Sure Tire or Tommy's Auto or Firestone who knows its real shaddy.
