Very expensive system. when shown we were "wowed" by all its' capabilities. it is strategically presented as an excellent system. but unfortunetly lacks many "normal" functionalitlies in its accounting and brokerage modules. we have decided not to further the project but leave it as a stand still as we are terrified of all the glitches within the fuel tax modules etc. unfortunetly its a never ending expense with every crystal report change billable at 150$/hr. i would not recommend this system, nor would i ever chose it again. even though we are over the worst part in implementation. never the less, the system quote was $140,000 and has now exceeded $200,000 within a few months alone. if you dont have that kind of money, dont bother risking your business, especially since this program lacks in the "excellence" it claims to achieve. very poor performance, too many glitches, and too many "pretend" scenarios that we must produce to get it to function. appauling.
