management here is really bad. manager irene care for no one but her self my family has been living here for over 5 years i had never had a reason to file a complaint till now. in February of 2010 we were assigned a new person to management and she has made living here hell. when Curtis was here everything was under control, yes, he was a very strict manager but once again he was on top of everything. can say the same now.
