Sad to go!
I had lived at The Overlook for the last 3 years up until my recent job relocation. If it weren't for my relocation I'm sure I would of stayed for years to come. Since moving in they had began a full renovation which was almost completed when I moved out in July. As a professional The Overlook was my oasis from teaching 7th graders all day! It was sad to leave because it really had began to feel like home and you could tell that the new management really cares about the place. If I every find myself in Daytona Beach again I'd definately rent there again.

Moved in 3 mos ago, lots of drug deals, mostly weed, noisy young "gang-type thugs" come out like bugs in the dark. Live on upper floor, it faces a lot, the rooms were put together shoddy, bldg apts are all the same color, it is not luxury nor "homes", it's one of two 100 unit buildings. Found it on the internet, came from out of state. Can't move, very phony management staff, still under renovation after 2 years I'm told it started. No fire extinguishers on our floor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMENT except if you do drugs, are a "thug" or desperate!!
