The Loan Depot

I have used one other Loan Depot in the past (in Spring, TX off 45). Due to my distance, I decided to do a title loan closer to home and work. So I headed to Westview location. I was not thrilled that I recieved a REMINDER call the day BEFORE my first payment was due. So I called Jesse and informed him and he stated it was merely a reminder. Then two weeks later, they did it again! I told them I didn't want to be reminded. They have my title...I had made the payments accordingly. I don't like be bothered. They said they would note my account. Then a few weeks later, they called on the due date again. They left me a VM on my phone and called me AT WORK for an account that wasn't even overdue! When I called back, Jesse, the mgr. asked me if my work number was valid because they called and I didn't answer! WHAT!? It was still the DUE DATE and your calling MY WORK? I told them my no. was right but I didn't appreciate calls at work unless I'm, late. I will not return to this location.
