Used to lease a house from them - never again will I do such a mistake. people are irresponsible, they tell you that they will fix stuff that needs to be fix-ed asap, like water heater, broken windows, toilets, and they take it forever to do so, or never do it at all and when you show up in person to tell that well you had to do it your self, they round their eyes and say that " well why did not you tell us" . Had exect same problems as another reviewr hole in the wall made one of the beadrooms uninhabitable during winter, you just could not get temperature above 50. for 3 month I was asking to fix it, in the end had to fix myself - not reimbursed, was told that water heater was gas, in fact was electric and cost like 200USD a month to maintain, had constant problems with water leaks in toilets, they fixed it ... after month and a half was worth 160USD in utility bills. I was talled that the house has new phone wiring, NONE OF THE PHONE JACKS WORKED IN ANY OF THE ROOMS they never fix-ed it. on top of that they really try to squeeze out every single penny out of your deposit, as if you are the last costumer they will ever see. Oh and forget about friendly notification about anything in your lease changes or you do not want to renew. They lost me as a customer for ever and all whom I personally know.

People working is this company are rude, and irresponsible. They will try everything not to return you the deposit. When there is something to fix, it takes them ages to do it, but when they need something for themselves they contact you at once. There was a hole in the wall in my bedroom, so I called them many times but they didn't fix it. And when an owner came to see the house and saw the hole, the realtor was saying that we should have called them and they would fix it at once. Just keep away from this company, they are cheaters.
