As of June 2012 the Flower Box has New Ownership..............We a greatly sorry for the comments previously posted on this site concerning the Flower Box,We assure you that you will be pleased with the New Manager Carolyn, who has been a floral designer for over 33 years, she is very proffesional and courtious...We have also revamped our prices to the needs of the community and It's residents............

I am most pleased to write this recommendation for the Flower Box in Dinuba, CA. I called the Flower Box from out of state to order flowers in advance of my mother’s funeral. I provided the Flower Box with my; color preferences, some flower choices, a dollar amount, and the cemetery's address. When I arrived at the cemetery, I was extremely pleased to find the arrangement was delivered correctly, and was absolutely beautiful! The arrangement exceeded my expectations. Thank you Flower Box.

I placed an order for flowers for my sister’s funeral over the phone. I ordered a spray of white and pink roses and authorized a total expenditure of $150. What was delivered was a spray of pink and white carnations and a couple of sad looking lilies. My credit card was charged $175. When I called for an explanation they cited previously unmentioned additional charges and insisted they had delivered a spray of white roses? If they were unable to deliver the order I had requested they should have declined the order. Any number of other florists could have done it. In addition to lying about the makeup of the arrangement the person I talked to at the store (Florence) was extremely rude bordering on bitchy.
