The Eye Center of North Florida

this is to be informative/ the eye center is now located at 1400 main st in chipley. thats in front of radio shack, and right before you get to tyndall bank. the phone number is 638- 7 3 3 3, i think for 2 years now its been printed wrong in all the local ph books.(p.s. if you call information they will give you the wrong number also!!!! Dr Smith, and all the staff at the eye center are, and always have been, great to me and my family, we wouldnt go anywhere else!
