The Crossings At University Apartments

There has been a couple shootings inside complex resulting in someone being shot and several break ins. Guys lurk outside all hours of the night. The buildings are filthy with pampers clothes bottles trash whatever the ratchet tenants leave outside. Drug baggies outside the buildings. The gate never works. There is only one trash bin for all buildings which overflow. Some tenants have junk on patios which is an eye sore makes you feel like you are living in Sanford and Sons junk yard. Maintenance takes several months to complete a request. I must agree with previous comments the manager Charlene is very ghetto rude and unprofessional. Had I seen her before applying I would have definitely ran far from this complex.

I have been residing at this Complex for almost 5 years, The workers are very helpful and well organized. There is no perfect place, I have seen a huge increase and growth with this complex. The manage is very helpful and doesn't put up with bs. People would say she is harsh because they cant have their own way with her. Some just don't have any pleasure following rules. Its simple; Pay rent on time and follow the Complex rules, that's it. As far as the maintenance team, it's only fair to put your request in-advance, to give them time. Some people are very demanding and impatient, they expect to put in an order today and it most be done immediately.

The complex also has professional securities cover every single hours of the day. It's a great and affordable complex. Ps: As far as the comment below that this "MEKO" person wrote is completely nonsense. This person either broke rules, disrespectful, or just simple didn't pay his rent. Like I mention earlier, it's not a perfect complex, however there has been tremendous improvement.
