Unfriendly and always looking out for how to increase $$$
Maintenance staff fixes things timely, but they are unfriendly. Top maintenance man stalks his staff, they always seem hard at work to me, heard him pressuring employees. Seems like a drill Sargent, so they can't be friendly to residence and their faces are always frowning.
This place will pick you apart in fees and damages, BEWARE.
