The Cookie Lady

The product is tasty and the presentation is pretty but the customer service is very lacking. I was promised an order, went to the location four times and was finally promised my order would be delivered to me 2 days later. When it did not arrive when promised, I called and no one would answer the phone, went to the location and no one was present. Then, received a portion of my order 4 days after promised it would be delivered. However, I was yelled at and hung up on by Hallie when I called to say I had not received my order and was then promised by Sandy that my money would be refunded. A week later, when I had not received any money, I called again and Sandy stated that was just her talking and she would discuss it with her attorney. Don't count on receiving your production or a refund after you pay!

A client brought "Cookie Lady" cookies into our office for Christmas and they are the most delicious cookies I have ever tasted in my life. I could probably buy 4 dozen and finish eating them on the 15 minute trip back home. They're just really good cookies!!!!!
