Synergy Salon Group

I recentley purchased over 500.00 worth of Zerran products and a permanent straightening systen from Brad Norlander a Synergy Salon Group rep. The product did not work and I was guaranteed my money back. He has since picked up all of the product from my salon and it has been over a month since I have heard back from him. My calls have gone unanswered and thus faar .

I have been ordering from Synergy for about 4 years. They ship my orders the same day I call them. There aren't ever any errors. I say they are #1 in my book. The products they carry are not diverted and they are really high quality.

We bought products from them from a sales rep. Her name was Chris.
She told me if after one or two months if they didnt sell they would pick products up.
After 3 months nothing sold so I called them and Chris came to pick them up.
Chris told me they would reimburse me my money. After a couple of months i heard nothing from them , finally i spoke to someone by the name of Cathy and Pam Brown - they were suppose to talk to the owner to reimburse me - they never got back to me - i have been calling them back and forth. Then Cathy told me they could not give me cash but could give me half of what I paid for products! They could give me credit towards future purchases! I told them this product never sold - why would i want to get more! I lost $300 dollars... This is a rip off company! with lousy service....... I am taking them to small claims and reporting them to the better business bureau....
