A dealer ship run by a bunch of crooks

Absolutely the most horrendous service from almost the entire staff, from the arrogant Scott Whiteman, the god almighty big shot GM!! , his so called assistant Leanne Knight, General Sales Manager Doug Wells ( phone contact only), dishonest Internet Sales Manager Susan Dominicali --and my salesman, Kim Seung, and I am not gonna forget to mention Cindi at the reception desk. And remember, naturally, they are all nice and polite before I signed the dotted line. Here goes my story: Bought a Quest SL on July 20th and were totally satisfied with the purchase and after the first week realized that the van was getting very low mpg, about at least 1/4 off 19/25 AVG21 that Nissan claims. The first thing any new car owner in such circumstance would do is call his/her salesman, and guess what answer I get from Sutherlin: We just sold you the car, any problem, U got to call Nissan, and I could not believe they even had the decency to read that Nissan Customer Care number to me, 7 days after the pu

These weasels enticed us in with a promise of $3750 in rebates on a Nissan Versa . Instead they only honored $1200 worth and told us the rest was used to " buy down " our interest rate from the lender to make the payments lower . Despite this , they were still $100 / month over our agreed upon payments . After assuring us they could meet our terms , we went back the next day to sign the papers . It didn't happen . These crooks weren't even close to what they promised .
They also include " Paint Protectant " on all cars for $1200 additional . You don't get a choice whether you want it or not and it's nothing more than polymer liquid with teflon . You can buy the same stuff at Autozone for $5 .
We walked . I wouldn't buy a car from them if they were the only dealer in Atlanta .
