Absolutely the most horrendous service from almost the entire staff, from the arrogant Scott Whiteman, the god almighty big shot GM!! , his so called assistant Leanne Knight, General Sales Manager Doug Wells ( phone contact only), dishonest Internet Sales Manager Susan Dominicali --and my salesman, Kim Seung, and I am not gonna forget to mention Cindi at the reception desk. And remember, naturally, they are all nice and polite before I signed the dotted line.
