I think Cheryl from the 2006 comment was most likely a tenant who didn't want to follow the rules. There seem to be many tenants who don't want to comply with their Rules and Regulations, which isn't fair to other tenants who DO comply. The current management is fair and does their best to catch up with the mess they've inherited. Every day we see things improving and becoming cleaner and more peaceful. The park owners should continue to invest more in newer homes to help with the improvement of the park. Get rid of the old homes and cut down on the Section 8. Hardin needs more NICE places to live...not more dumps. Let Arrowhead Trl Prk be the Sec 8 magnet. Sunset tenants want things to continue to improve. And I'm sure they will.

The Park and occupants are not a problem the problem is the manager. She is a tyrant. Her way or no way!!! Ask any of the 70 lot renters and they all have a legitimate complaint about her
