renter beware
The model looked lovely and the staff seem friendly.
On move in day it was a different story. The apartment was filthy, damaged, bug infested and there was mold . We (the parents of the 3 students) made a list of all the damage and took photos of the damage and filth. Then we spent the weekend cleaning it up.
Our kids took the list to the management who refused to acknowledge it.
On move out day we (2 moms, 2 dads, and 3 students) scrubbed the apartment from top to bottom. It was sparkling and ready for the new tenants except for all the repairs needed that were on our list that the management never made.
The management charged our kids for redoing all of the cleaning and for the above mentioned damage. They lost their deposit and were bill extra.
Unless you have money to throw away and you like to be cheated look else where.
