Will tell you your appointment went fine, and say there will be no problem with your report. THEN submits Directly to the DMV for you, and states that they believe you are not able to operate a motor vehicle.

PROCESS HAS TO BE STARTED ALL OVER AGAIN. and it took three months to find out this was STONEWALLS reporting directly to the DMV.

They submitted a derogatory report the the DMV without first going over the report with client.

The client left the office with Stonewall stating,'I dont see any reason why you shouldnt get your license back, we will go ahead and submit the packet for you to the DMV." Client left, saying, Thank you so much.. believing that everything went ok.

If a report is found derogatory in their initial counseling session, then what is the reason they go ahead and submit it to the DMV? and why would they tell the client that they believe there should be no problem to getting license back?

After waiting 3 months for return paperwork from the DMV, client finally got a letter from the DMV denied license, after report stated, Stonewall did not believe that the client was capable to operate a motor vehicle.

Why did Stonewall not contact client FIRST.. to set up a proper protocol??? Instead, Revocation package has to start all over again..

PS. Client has been clean for 4 years and stonewall does not drug test. but they charge an extra fee to submit revocation packet directly to the DMV for you...

Watch out. Stonewall, will stonewall you.
