Never been involved with a person that will tell you one thing and then presents a completely different story to the court to benefit either himself, or his "favorite" parent. He will openly tell you that it is he who "makes the rules, not the court." He tells "the court what to do and they'll do it without question." He's very open in letting you know, "I do what I want." This man has way too much power in his position, but since he is the one who started the Parenting Coordinator in the State of Arizona, he has full reign of the courts and they listen to him. He is a scary individual and can ruin your world if he decides he doesn't like you. If he is appointed, then do whatever it takes to have him removed. The deck is always stacked against whomever he doesn't side with. In reading these accounts, it seems he sides with mothers, as a rule. Funny though that his own wife, in 1995, left him and took his kids to Oklahoma to keep them away from him.....Hmmmm....Wonder why she thought his kids shouldn't be with him..... Dr. Brian Yee is the Psych evaluator lawyers use when they represent women. And then they add Dr. Weinstock to be the Parenting Coordinator together with Yee. If this happens, the man has no chance, no matter the facts of the case. Do not let your lawyer agree to these counselors. Former wife committed acts of fraud, and when presented to these two counselors with absolute proof, they swept it under the rug and reported to the Court the event was my fault. Together these two conspired to hide from the Court acts of domestic violence by my ex wife, yet they cried out if I were to express my distrust or complain about blatant violations telling me I need to relax and stop worrying about her violations. Really? Outrageous one-sided report from Yee led to 5 years of my ex wife acting like a child, violating our parenting time and holiday schedule regularly, and continuing to commit acts of domestic violence. The children's Psychologist told Weinstock Mother needed therapy and she was the problem, not Father. Weinstock simply said, no, Yee's report blames dad, I'm sending Dad to therapy and not Mom. Today our children's psychologist tells me how sorry she is that the counselors (Yee and Weinstock) did what they did. She vehemently disagrees and is still trying to stop the harm to our kids by Mom who still to this day commits acts of domestic violence. Finally, this summer, the children's psychologist witnessed her child abuse first hand and now finally it is being reported to the Court. ...read more
