If you go to this Comptroller location, AVOID the clerk named Collettee Thomas. I waited almost an hour before my number was called, so I observed all the clerks. She was in a bad mood the whole time; I was praying not to get her, because I had many questions. Sure enough, she called my number. She makes you feel STUPID. I understand it's not a choice job, but she not only gave as little info as possible, but she spoke in a belittling tone & spoke to me condescendingly as if I were 12 yrs old. So much for trying to do it right. Seriously, trade your number to someone else, if she calls your number.
