Suggestion.....maybe it's time for the State to clean house!! I'll take that job......and give my part in helping the frustrated customers in this time of need! Because the ones that the "STATE" have now ARE BAD!!

Terrible!
No one ever answers the phone. They either don't have voice mail or let their voice mail just fill up. If you're lucky enough to reach someone with voice mail they don't bother to ever call you back. This offrice is the height of inefficiency and rudeness!
