About Sprintz Furniture Showroom

In 1981, Charles and Alyse Sprintz had $1,000 in cash, a family, and a vision for the future. They set up shop in a former grocery store that was slated for demolition, the low cost of rent allowing them to offer quality furniture at great prices. Now Sprintz features the largest choice of quality furniture in five states at discounts of 40-60%, allowing customers who are busy with work and family to find just about anything they need for their home in one store. All built on the strong foundation of two people who believed in their vision. In the growth of their business, Sprintz became known for quality furniture at low prices. So much so that we have been voted the best place to buy furniture in Nashville for 24 consecutive years by the Nashville Scene readers poll.

No Salesmanship

I went to the store in Cool Springs lookin for a California King bedroom suite. I was informed by the sales person that met me at the door that I would have to make an appointment to go through the catalogs because they didn't know which came in Cal. King. From here I went to the local Ethan Allen. The sales rep there walked me around and showed me every bedroom that came in Cal. King and even copied those beds out of the catalog (in color) for me to take home to consider. Much better service.

Crappy Customer Service

On 2 JUN 09, I purchased a leather recliner. It was a special order. I was not informed about that, just that it would take 6 weeks for the chair to come from the manufacturer. I also was not informed that I would be charged for the chair before it came, as I had chosed the option of 6 months no payment. So 22 JUL 09 comes, and I call up and find out my recliner is in. I was infomed someone would contact me by Friday to set up a delivery date for Monday JUL 27 because they were delivering to the Clarksville area that day. No one has yet to contact me. I called and and all I get are electronic voices talking to me! What is this, you get the person to sign on the line and then can not even have the courtesy to call them to schedule a delivery date? I work and need to know when it will be delivered. I don't want to wait another 8 weeks for my recliner. What is going on?
