I sent today 8/1/2014 an appeal to Florida Blue about putting us in the financial out of network plan for Shands. I understand we are in collection but we are in dispute with Florida Blue. I will keep you informed.. Sandra Park

Question about future services
Can I use any Shands medical,eye, etc area since I am approved? I need more medical attention

Approved!
Currently uninsured and applying for disability. The financial rep at the hospital was super nice and explained the packet to me. I filled it out, mailed back on Jan 22. I received a letter from Shands dated Feb 3 telling me I am approved.
No hassle! Took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. THANK YOU SHANDS FOR HAVING THIS PROGRAM!!!!!!!!
