horrid customer service
Unfortunately , this particular location has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in a professional business setting. The women who work there are utterly rude, sassy and lazy. They look unkempt and as if they should not be working in a beauty store. Bottom line, they are RUDE beyond belief!
