Would not recommend at all
This is the first time I have written a negative review and after this experience, I just had to.
This company used to be decent, however, they have gone down hill. Had them do a washer repair and the unit was worst than before they came and was totally non-functional. Needed to purchase a new washer since they would not respond to my calls for 3+ weeks. Called many many times and left messages, and only one time did someone actually answer the phone. Stressed the urgency and still nothing. Finally after contacting the BBB they responded, and that still took them forever. Totally unprofessional. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
Very Nice Office Staff
We needed a lamp for our TV asap. They had one in stock and it was the same price as any where on the web. We were very happy to be waited on by Annette there. She knew everything about the lamps and gave us great advice on cleaning the TV!
AS GOOD AS THEY COME
How can someone complain about a servicer not willing to "guess" over the phone. AND, how can you expect to have them work for free? These web OPINIONS are so misleading anyway...all it takes is one angry person to try and hurt someone.
This company has done our repairs for over 20 years on TV's, appliances, and computers!!! They have the LOWEST PRICE of anyone... Always polite and professional
